NDC Capital Partners, LLC announced the signing of a long-term lease with Stage Stores at North Hills Centre, a co-investment with Eagle Equity, Inc.  North Hills Centre, a retail shopping center, is located in Ada, OK, a small town southeast of Oklahoma City.  Since acquisition, the investment opportunity resides in gaining exposure to a dominant shopping center with a stable credit tenancy, the sale or leasing of two pad sites and lease-up of the vacant space.  Stage Stores, who relocated from a competing center, now occupies 14% of North Hill’s total square footage.  The retailer is known for bringing nationally recognized brand name apparel, accessories, cosmetics and footwear to small and mid-size towns and communities.  Stage Stores operates 720 stores in 38 states.
