NDC Capital Partners Announces a Real Estate Co-Investment with the Michelson Organization

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)—February 28, 2005--NDC Capital Partners LLC (“NDC”) today announced a co-investment with the Michelson Organization, for the acquisition of a 260 unit Class A apartment complex.  The property, known as Fenwick Place, was built in 1997 and is well-located in the eastern portion of Louisville, Kentucky.
