NDC Capital Partners Announces a Real Estate Co-Investment with the Henry S. Miller Companies
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)—July 11, 2005--NDC Capital Partners LLC (“NDC”) today announced a co-investment with Henry S. Miller Investment Co. and HSM Equity Partners Inc., for the acquisition of a Class A, 261,925 square foot retail shopping center. The property, known as Williams Trace Shopping Center, is located in Sugar Land, TX.
