NDC Capital Partners Announces a Real Estate Co-Investment with Bergman Real Estate Group

NEW YORK--(MARKET WIRE)—September 12, 2006-- NDC Capital Partners LLC ("NDC") today announced a co-investment with Bergman Real Estate Group ("Bergman") for the acquisition of a 170,950 square foot, business center. The property, which was built in 1987, is located in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. After experiencing several months of stagnant growth, the Southern New Jersey economy is showing signs of recovery.  A significant number of financial and business/professional services firms, along with healthcare and defense-related companies are taking advantage of the area’s low cost structure.  The region is headquarters to more than thirty companies ranked in the Fortune 1000.
