Kenneth O'Connor has over twenty-five years experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining NDC, Mr. O'Connor was Vice President and Regional Director of Citigroup Investments, Inc., where he was instrumental in establishing a new investment platform for Citibank Private Bank clients 1997 to 2003. This platform grew in five years to a portfolio of 168 properties with a total capitalization in excess of $4 billion. While at Citicorp he served as a Senior Asset Manager in Citibank, N.A., Facilities Management and managed the acquisition, design and construction of all properties in the Northeast Region. He was also responsible for a diversified portfolio of 120 OREO properties valued at $1.2 billion.

Prior to his employment at Citigroup, Mr. O'Connor was Vice President and Senior Asset Manager at Merrill Lynch Hubbard and managed a $500 million portfolio of institutional grade properties located throughout the United States.

Mr. O'Connor is a licensed real estate broker in Connecticut and New York, has completed certificate studies for CCIM and RPA programs. He graduated from Fordham University with a BS in 1973 after completing service in the US Navy.
