Mr. Scipione, an Analyst at NDC Capital Partners, is responsible for creating and maintaining financial models to support investment decisions for the acquisition, disposition, redevelopment, and repositioning of the real estate assets in the company's portfolio. Mr. Scipione is also involved with the asset management function which includes dealing with operating partners on issues related to the implementation and execution of the assets respective investment strategy.

Prior to joining NDC, Mr. Scipione worked as a Sales and Reporting Analyst at Cohen & Steers Capital Management, the nations’ largest real estate mutual fund manager. Mr. Scipione worked closely with the sales and marketing department designing reports which accurately monitored both purchases and redemptions of the firms’ funds. These reports were instrumental in tracking sales and driving competition among the wholesalers.

Mr. Scipione received his B.S. in Finance from Bentley University and is currently working towards a Masters Degree in Real Estate Finance from The New York University Real Estate Institute. Mr. Scipione holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute and is also a member of the Urban Land Institute.
