Gian Filippo del Bono, an Analyst at NDC Capital Partners, is responsible for creating and maintaining financial models to support investment decisions for the acquisition, disposition, redevelopment, and repositioning of the real estate assets in the company's portfolio. Mr. del Bono is also involved with the asset management function which includes dealing with operating partners on issues related to the implementation and execution of the assets respective investment strategy.
