Dr. Nitin Doshi, a co-founder of NDC Capital Partners, is an entrepreneur and real estate investor whose family has significant holdings in NDC’s investments. Dr. Doshi is also the co-founder and Chairman of DIG Holdings, the 3rd largest US medical imaging company with thirty-six medical centers located in New York, New Jersey and Florida. His association with Anthony Niosi dates back to numerous successful investments made under Mr.Niosi’s tenure at Citibank and subsequently, Greenstreet Niosi Capital Partners. Dr. Doshi is a member of NDC’s Investment Committee, which is responsible for overseeing the company’s investment strategy.

Additionally, the Doshi family also owns a substantial portfolio of medical office properties outside the NDC portfolio. Dr. Doshi and Doshi Capital Partners, the investment office for the Doshi family, have considerable experience investing in a diverse range of public and private investments. Dr. Doshi and his wife Dr. Leena Doshi are also active in a number of philanthropic ventures.
