Anthony T. Niosi, founding member of NDC Capital Partners, oversees the business growth, potential investment opportunities, and existing investments. Mr. Niosi's twenty-five years of real estate investment and capital markets experience is now dedicated to the creation and implementation of investment strategies tailored to the portfolio requirements of NDC's global clientele. Prior to forming NDC Capital Partners, Mr. Niosi was managing principal and founder of Greenstreet/Niosi Capital Partners, a private equity real estate firm. Previously, Mr. Niosi was the founding executive of The Citibank Private Bank's private equity co-investment platform offering clients onshore and cross border real estate investments in North America and the United Kingdom. As the Managing Director and Investment Committee Co-Chair, Mr. Niosi oversaw the execution of more than 100 transactions totaling $2.5 billion in acquisition volume.

Prior to creating the private equity platform within The Citibank Private Bank, Mr. Niosi had extensive experience in creating real estate portfolios for both institutional and private capital investor constituencies. Mr Niosi’s professional background also includes a thirteen year tenure with Merrill Lynch where he was responsible for developing commingled real estate investment vehicles aggregating in excess of $2 billion of equity capital.

Mr. Niosi holds a J.D. from The New England School of Law and a B.A. in International Relations from Union College.
